Membership in the IBGA organization is a benefit to all IB candidate and authorized schools in the state of Georgia.
The current cost of membership is $150.
The payment of dues from our member schools enables the organization to grow and offer stronger services to all IB schools in Georgia.
IBGA is a nonprofit volunteer organization created to support IB schools in the state of Georgia. Its executive board is comprised of volunteer members, most of whom serve as coordinators and leaders in Georgia schools. As such, IBGA does not have the resources, human or otherwise, to conduct business processes beyond the scope of membership and support.
Member schools receive benefits which include:
Semi-annual meetings featuring roundtable discussion and sharing of successful practices
Advocacy support at the state and local government levels
Advocacy support with the Georgia Department of Education
Exclusive networking opportunities with experienced IB professionals
A comprehensive network of professionals assisting one another in improving and strengthening the International Baccalaureate in the state of Georgia
